Huifeng applies for invention patent for its innovative scientific research products

        Since 2011, Huifeng Enterprise has applied for more than ten invention patents. Currently, three invention patents have entered the substantive examination, and the others have also received the notice of grant from the State Intellectual Property Office. The latest invention patents applied for are: high vacuum pump oil, an extreme pressure turbine oil, a water-based cutting fluid for hard and brittle materials such as crystal, a wind power gear oil composition, polyurea grease, a preparation method of graphene-based nano-copper lubricant additives, hexagonal molybdenum disulfide nanosheets used as friction-reducing additives and their preparation methods. This is not only a strong proof of Huifeng's improved scientific and technological innovation capabilities, but also a testimony to Huifeng's strength. After the invention patent is authorized, it will provide a technical protection barrier for Huifeng's independent research and development products and enhance the core technological competitiveness of its products.

        In recent years, Huifeng Enterprise has continuously increased its scientific research and innovation efforts, improved its independent research and development capabilities, and established a "industry-university-inspection-research" service platform with Shanghai Lubricant Industry Association, National Petrochemical Testing Center and Jiangsu University, and carried out project research and development cooperation with Shanghai University and Changshu University of Technology. Internally, it has improved the qualifications of R&D personnel and carried out a series of technical training and exchange activities. In terms of special lubricant research, it digests, draws on, and absorbs the world's advanced technologies and continuously innovates on this basis, using high-quality base oils and additives, and supporting sophisticated mechanical equipment, so that all technical indicators have reached the domestic leading level.

        At present, Huifeng Enterprise has produced ten series of products with a total of more than 100 models, which have gradually formed a demand matrix for mid-to-high-end industrial machinery lubrication products. In 2013, Huifeng will launch more high-quality new products according to market demand, and currently plans to apply for invention patents for six innovative products.
