        With the continuous development and reform of industrial technology, more services and requirements have been put forward for industrial lubricants. In order to cooperate with market development and improve the professional quality of business personnel, the "Product-Industry Development Training" sponsored by Shanghai Huifeng Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and co-organized by Suzhou Huifeng Lubricant Co., Ltd. was carried out intensively at Suzhou Huifeng Factory on January 30 and 31, 2013. In addition to the sales department and R&D department participating in the training, Chairman Hui Jinde also attended the training event.


        Before the meeting, in order to prepare for this training, the business personnel conducted a one-month research through various channels. Each person was responsible for a special project. Although the process was hard, the business personnel said that they benefited a lot from their own research projects.


        At the meeting, the Shanghai Sales Department first explained the topics of vacuum pump valves, winding coating, freeze drying, lighting, solar energy, compressors, steam turbines, etc. The R&D Department trained the business team on the basic knowledge and application of Huifeng oil products that can be used in the above industries. Manager Ye of Shanghai Huifeng Petrochemical exchanged views with the business team on the two topics of dealer management and accounts receivable. The lecturers sometimes taught and sometimes had a warm exchange with the colleagues present. The serious, professional and enthusiastic attitude infected every colleague in the audience, and the atmosphere of the exchange was extraordinary.


        The interactive training and communication method was unanimously affirmed by the trainees. The company will also strive to continuously improve and perfect the training model of information sharing and interactive learning, integrate internal training resources, make the business team and R&D team more closely integrated, and make the training closer to market needs.


        After the meeting, the trainees gathered at Huifeng Hotel and toasted to wish for better results in 2013. The training activity ended successfully with the New Year's message from Huifeng Chairman.
