Huifeng Chemical Research Institute "Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base" Research Project Seminar

        In March 2012, in order to promote enterprise development, standardize enterprise charter, respond to government policies, and grasp enterprise technology transformation and innovation planning, Suzhou Huifeng Lubricant Co., Ltd. held a seminar on scientific research project application and implementation. Tang Yi, deputy director of Changshu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhu Jianmin, chief of professional and technical personnel management section, Shen Zhenxin, deputy secretary of Zhitang Town Party Committee, and Zhang Zhenqiu, a member of the People's Government of Zhitang Town, Changshu City, visited Huifeng successively to guide Huifeng's scientific research project application. According to Huifeng's actual development situation, leaders at all levels gave constructive opinions and suggestions, and pointed out the work and direction of Huifeng's efforts in the next two years for project application.

        First, Mr. Hui Jinde, Chairman of Suzhou Huifeng Lubricating Oil Co., Ltd., gave a detailed introduction to Huifeng's development history, achievements and future development ideas. Huifeng's products have high technological content and can replace imported products. The HFV-series high vacuum oil is the only product in China that adopts international standards. Huifeng has passed some certification systems such as 9000 and 14000, and its product quality has been rated as excellent for eight consecutive years. In order to achieve better development, Huifeng has successively established internship bases with Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Changshu University of Technology, established a graduate workstation with Jiangsu University, and established cooperative relations with doctoral supervisors and two postdoctoral fellows from Jiangsu University and Changshu University of Science and Technology to jointly develop research projects. Now, Huifeng is working hard to build a postdoctoral workstation.

        Section Chief Zhu provided guidance on the application of the postdoctoral workstation (also known as the postdoctoral innovation practice base), including the scale of the enterprise, the enterprise's goals, and the technical and equipment reserves that the enterprise should make. High-tech enterprises, high-tech products, the establishment of engineering technology research centers, industry-university-research cooperation, patent technology reserves, and major scientific and technological projects will be important assessment indicators for the successful application of postdoctoral workstations.

        Director Zhang Zhenqiu provided guidance on project application skills, project material preparation, and project application precautions, and gave a detailed account of the support objects, support methods, application procedures, and material details of the relevant projects currently supported by the government. It mainly includes the following ten items: first, the flexible entry of professors and doctors into enterprises; second, the application of high-tech products; third, Suzhou Engineering Technology Research Center; fourth, Suzhou Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center; fifth, Suzhou Enterprise Technology Center; sixth, technology development filing; seventh, patent application; eighth, municipal science and technology research plan; ninth, academician workstation; and tenth, high-tech enterprises. Director Zhang's wonderful narration has greatly improved the project management awareness of the company's personnel and improved the project operation ability.

        Project application should be proactive, and early planning and preparation should be made. Through the interactive exchanges of this project application seminar, a four-in-one cooperation platform for government, industry, academia and research has been built, which is of great significance in improving the independent innovation ability of enterprises, promoting enterprise development, and promoting local economic growth.
