Congratulations to Huifeng Chairman Hui Jinde on his election as Vice President of Shanghai Lubricant Industry Association

        The 1st Council Meeting of the 3rd Session of the Shanghai Lubricant Industry Association was held at the Shanghai Pudong Shengsha Hotel on the afternoon of May 8, 2013. The number of directors who should have attended the meeting was 29, and the actual number of directors who attended was 29, which met the requirements of Article 22 of the Association's Articles of Association.

        The meeting was chaired by Director Zhang Zhongnan. After the joint efforts of all directors, the scheduled agenda was completed and the following resolutions were formed:

          1. After election, the chairman and vice chairman of the third council of Shanghai Lubricant Products Industry Association were elected. Wang Zhongming was elected as the chairman of the third council, and Pan Caoyuan, Zhang Lingfa, Lv Rongsheng, Xu Weiming, Hui Jinde, Min Chunguang, Chen Jun, Huang Kejian, Miao Jinqing, and Zhang Wenhua were elected as vice chairmen of the third council.

        2. According to Article 25 of the Association's Articles of Association, "The President of the Association is the legal representative", the directors present unanimously agreed that the legal representative of the Association's third council would be the newly elected president, Mr. Wang Zhongming, and asked the secretariat to make good arrangements for the change of the association's legal representative.

        3. Nominated by the elected president, and approved by the chairman of the board, Zhang Lingfa was appointed as the secretary-general of the third council.

        4. Nominated by the elected president, the board of directors deliberated and approved the appointment of Hu Youting as the association's consultant.

        5. Nominated by the secretary-general, the board of directors deliberated and approved the appointment of Jin Yun and Feng Yanhui as deputy secretaries-general of the third board of directors.

        6. After discussion, the meeting agreed to submit the "Draft Amendment to the Association's Membership Fee Collection Standards and Management Measures" to the general meeting of members for deliberation and approval.
