        Tai Chi is a martial arts, fitness and sports project with a long history and tradition in China. Practicing Tai Chi can promote physical health, regulate mental state and benefit people endlessly. It has positive significance for the cultivation of employees' mental outlook and the construction of corporate culture.


        In order to facilitate employees to initially master and understand Tai Chi, the Tai Chi coach selected an entry-level set of boxing, which has the characteristics of looseness, flexibility, and a combination of hardness and softness. It is relatively soft and very suitable for beginners to practice.


        At the beginning of the activity, Mr. Hui first emphasized the significance of this activity and its benefits to everyone's health. Then, under the guidance of the teacher, everyone began to follow and imitate the movements one by one, and learn to decompose the movements. During the learning process, everyone's body was stretched, their mood was relaxed, and they all felt very happy.



        Finally, the teacher performed the whole set of movements, which was smooth and flexible, and drew warm applause from everyone.
