The celebration lasted for three days, with rich activities and hundreds of guests invited. The preparation work was very large and arduous. In the early stage of the celebration preparation, in order to avoid high-temperature operations and not affect the normal production of the company, the party branch members took the initiative to ask for overtime. At 4:30 in the morning, they cleaned and arranged the factory area while it was still dark and the temperature was still cool. Under the leadership and encouragement of the party branch, most of the company's employees joined in. After half a month of hard work, the guests praised the cleanliness and beauty of the factory when they visited. On the day of the celebration, the party branch also organized all party members to serve as interpreters and tour guides to lead the guests to visit the factory. Under the scorching sun, the members of the party branch welcomed batches of guests and friends with full enthusiasm, making every friend feel at home. At the celebration dinner, the large-scale poetry recitation "Grateful Heart" rehearsed by the party organization also received unanimous praise from the guests.
