This yoga training specially invited Suzhou's well-known yoga coach Momo to provide on-site guidance. In the soft and quiet sound of Indian music, the teacher carefully guided the students, allowing them to master the basic essentials and fully experience the charm of yoga. Let the tired body of the day be relaxed and stretched in yoga exercises, and increase the peaceful energy concentration.
This activity not only allowed Huifeng colleagues to have a further understanding of the ancient yoga culture, but also played a role in self-cultivation and strengthening the body through yoga exercises.
