
Driven by the postgraduate workstation, Suzhou Huifeng Lubricant Co., Ltd. has reached a new level in the industry-university-research cooperation. Suzhou Huifeng Lubricant Co., Ltd. and Changshu Institute of Technology have reached a cooperation on the project "Preparation of Fluorinated Graphite Solid Lubricant and Research on Its Tribological Properties". This is another major progress made by Huifeng Enterprise in the industry-university-research cooperation after the cooperation with Jiangsu University.
As a new type of lubricating functional material, graphite fluoride has excellent performance compared with lubricants such as graphite. Fluorinated graphite has a series of unique physical and chemical properties such as extremely low surface energy and interlayer energy, extremely high electrical activity, and excellent lubricity. It is a rare flower in the family of new functional materials and one of the hot spots in the current international research on new high-tech, high-performance, and high-efficiency carbon/graphite materials. This project cooperation was jointly built by the doctoral supervisor of Jiangsu University, the postdoctoral fellow of Changshu Institute of Technology, and Suzhou Huifeng Lubricant Co., Ltd., and worked together. The doctoral supervisor of Jiangsu University served as the main project guidance, the postdoctoral fellow of Changshu Institute of Technology served as the project leader, and the R&D personnel of Suzhou Huifeng Lubricant Co., Ltd. jointly built the platform, laying a solid foundation for the success of this cooperation. The two parties agreed that on the basis of the graduate workstation, the two parties will reach cooperation in project application, research and development, instrument sharing, etc., and use the respective advantages of the school and the enterprise to achieve a win-win situation in industry-university-research cooperation.
This cooperation has far-reaching significance. First, this cooperation marks the growth and expansion of Huifeng's school-enterprise cooperation, and lays a solid foundation for Huifeng to promote deeper industry-university-research cooperation in the future. Second, the addition of postdoctoral researchers has brought good news to both the school and the enterprise. For the enterprise, the R&D innovation ability and R&D level of the enterprise have been strengthened, and the R&D ideas will be broader. For the school, it can enable school teachers to go deep into engineering practice, and on the basis of theory-practice-theory, the theoretical results can be better transformed into productivity. Third, on the basis of this cooperation, the two parties will jointly apply for municipal, provincial and even national projects. It is hoped that with the strong support of government policies, both parties can obtain a better development space and make their own efforts for technological innovation, process improvement and social progress.
