Performance

※ Imported volatile solvent oil and various additives composition, and prepared in the 

     special process conditions ;

※ Fast volatile (Especially under the heating conditions), and good heat dissipation;

※ Good lubrication performance, Mould wear can be reduced and its service life can be prolonged;

※ The workpiece surface can be made clean without cleaning.

※ High flash point, no smell, low viscosity, and excellent cooling；

※ Harmless to the human body and the environment.

 

Application

※ Suitable for thinner non-ferrous metal and alloy material. Especially suitable for high-speed punching shear, stamping and tensile process of aluminum fin in air-conditioning and refrigerator radiator。

※ Can be used for aluminum foil, copper tube bending and expanding processing.

※Spraying, dip-coating or brush coating can be used in metal or mould surface。
